Database Creation and
Management
Following any project, Neubus’ clients receive
a customized database, structured to support agency
requirements for search and usage capabilities.
Clients subscribing to ESD can enjoy automatic
database updates when new files are deposited.
For clients selecting physical media delivery,
updates will occur each time media deliveries
are made.
Online Storage
Neubus’ ESD system is an extremely convenient
and effective solution for storing image, index
and database files online. Under the ESD solution,
images and indexes are stored on a server appliance
at the client’s facility. Image, index,
and database updates are transmitted in real-time
from Neubus’ facility to the client’s
image server appliance across a virtual-private
network or secure T1 line. Users anywhere on the
client’s internal network can then instantly
access images directly from the server appliance,
given the proper access permission.
Near-line Storage
For information that is less frequently accessed,
Neubus offers near-line tape library storage services,
providing a cost-effective way to store and manage
information while still maintaining a convenient
level of accessibility. Files can be automatically
recalled and rapidly accessed.
Offline Storage/Backup
For full security, Neubus offers complete back-up
and storage services to help our clients mitigate
the effects of system crashes and to assist with
disaster recovery. Neubus can provide secure,
off-line storage for clients who require this
level of service. Neubus can also provide technical
and strategic consulting services for clients
who prefer to perform these processes in-house.
Digital Archiving
For long term storage and preservation of important
information, Neubus offers digital archiving services
of inactive records. Archiving can be essential
for legal preservation of information, compliance
records and to maintain the evidentiary quality
