Electronic Service Delivery
In 2003 Neubus launched Electronic Service Delivery
(ESD), making it possible for clients to receive
and access information in real-time across the
Internet. The ESD structure enables agency employees
to effortlessly retrieve images from anywhere
within the agency’s network, including satellite
or regional offices. The ESD solution is based
on our understanding of three major client requirements
– 1) the need to access imaged documents
quickly and easily; 2) the need to be able to
manage, manipulate and share information effectively
with a variety of users without sacrificing security;
and 3) the desire to obtain these capabilities
with a minimal amount of financial or time investment.

searches, full page and thumbnail views, image

grain access control at the application and

No Handling of Physical Media:
ESD provides for electronic delivery of images,
indexes, and database updates, across the internet,
in real time, thereby eliminating the time delay
and employee resources associated with data
loading and processing files from CD, DVD or
tape. Documents can then be retrieved and accessed
directly at the client’s desktop via the
web browser almost instantaneously.
No Capital Outlay: While most
document management solutions require significant
investment in software licensing and professional
services fees before any productive work even
occurs, Neubus’ service-based solution
eliminates these expenses. In addition, ESD
